K & N Kenanga Holdings Berhad was incorporated on 7 June 1994. The Group has its beginning in 1973. Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as K & N Kenanga Bhd) was incorporated on 6 September 1973 with an issued and paid up share capital of RM2 million. YM Tengku Dato' Paduka Noor Zakiah Bte Tengku Ismail, one of the co-founders, is the Non-Executive Chairman of the K & N Kenanga Holdings Berhad Group. In 1979, Encik Abdul Aziz Bin Hashim joined the company, followed by Dato' Ramli Ismail in 1980, both as shareholders and executive Directors. |
